How long does my order take to ship?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or busy periods, shipping times may vary slightly.

NOTE: Our glass bottles are packed using size-specific protective inserts designed to hold ONE bottle per box and ship USPS. Plastic bottles ship using USPS Flat Rate packaging.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns on food items. That said, we take great pride in the quality of our maple syrup. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and bottles so we can resolve the issue promptly.
